As the saying goes 'a sound mind in
a sound body' physical activities,
exercise, sports etc have been made
an integral part of the students'
routine. There is arrangement for
both traditional and modern games
like Malkhambh, Sticks, Swords,
Javelin, Hockey, Football,
Volleyball, athletics, gymnastics,
martial arts etc. All the games and
players have patronage of Sports
Authority of India (SAI) whose
officials continue to give
invaluable guidance to players to
excel in their respective fields
from time to time. Br. Ankush of
Gurukul added a feather in Gurukul's
cap by winning a gold & a silver in
Youth Commonwealth games held at
Pune in shooting competition.
Recently Br. Abhishek participated
in an international shooting
competition held at Doha and won
laurels for the institute.
